Return Policies:
We guarantee all our products with a
60 days no question asked Return or Exchange Policy. You can return the item to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund for
ANY REASONS. Whether the product is defective, seems defective, or you change your mind and simply do not like it, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR a
FULL REFUND.
Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will not be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.
Replacements are shipped the within 1-2 business day after the receipt of the return. Credits are posted within 3 business days after the receipt of the return.

Please contact our customer service at service

upartsmart.com within 60 days of date of purchase to request an RMA number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is an identification number issued to a customer who need to return an item back to UPartsMart for an exchange or credit. Please provide us your name, email address, order number, product to be returned, reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or a replacement. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number will be refused. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number. It is very important to have the RMA number posted outside of a return package in order to properly process any exchange or credit.
What do I do once I have an RMA number?
After you receive your RMA number, please return product with all disks, registration cards, boxes, packing materials, and other accessories supplied by the manufacturer to us within 10 days of the RMA number being issued. You will receive prompter service on your refund or exchange by emailing us with the tracking number.
Shipping charges:
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. UPartsMart will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products.
